The Secret Circle Season 1: Darkness

Cassie is still the biggest idiot of the show next to Faye.

Cassie is the most powerful witch in Chance Harbor and she just might have realized it this episode. Her potential for dark magic have been widely known and she likes it. That usually means danger.

The episode started with Cassie dreaming - I totally knew she was dreaming. In her nightmare, she killed Jake. Wow, that was intense. She's like a witch hulk, she "accidentally" kills people when she gets upset.

Diana's grandmother comes to town, apparently to get rid of Cassie... for good. It's sad how everyone, even seemingly allies are trying to kill Cassie. I don't feel too sorry for her though, she's too trusting. Seriously, she's too desperate to get rid of the darkness that she would believe anything. THAT is what saddens me.

Dawn is so irritating, I wish Cassie would accidentally kill her off. She just wants to kill everyone! That's not right. I'm glad Charles keeps the crystal with him so Dawn can't kill anyone. I'm afraid Charles is being pushed to his limit though. I feel like he would crack one day and kill everyone in his path. And when Dawn came to Charles's house and gave him a kiss, I was cringing so bad, I wanted to puke. ;)

Faye is an idiot. Before the mid-season finale, we found out that Faye and Cassie are related. That means Faye has the potential of dark magic as well. She's so annoyingly greedy with her powers. She wants to be independent and powerful and not be part of the circle. Definitely not a team player.

Poor Adam, he almost got killed by Cassie. They really should take care of making sure Cassie doesn't get upset and start getting power happy. Now that she knows what it feels like, she has the potential to easily succumb to the darkness just like her father. That could mean the end of Chance Harbor.
