Could You Take A Survey For Me?

I was idle and had a strong urge to create a Google Docs form. As a result, I decided to create surveys. The first one is blog-related questions with two required and the rest optional. The second one is just me being nosy and wanted to have fun asking my readers random questions :) Hope you enjoy! Maybe I will do a feature post on popular answers for the random questions later!
