Round 2: 11 Questions Tag

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown
CYP from A Book-a-licious Story tagged me for the 11 Questions! Since the questions are different, I thought I would do them again :) Check it out!

1. Who's your favorite fictional hottie?
This is such a hard question. I don't have just one favorite. Do I have to pick? *crickets* Okay, I guess I can kind of narrow it down. First is Dimitri from Vampire Academy. He's my go-to fictional guy whenever someone asks me that question. Second would probably be Peeta from The Hunger Games. I took a quiz one time and he turned out to be my fictional boyfriend. Nice :) I like me some baked goodies.

2. What is your favorite book that has made quite an impact on you?
I just finished reading the last book in The Hunger Games and I must say that it is this trilogy that had the most impact. Not only is it amazing, but the story was so vivid, I felt like I really was in the dystopian world with Katniss, Peeta, and Gale.

3. What are your top 3 dreams or aspirations?
#1: Become a successful actress
#2: Save the world one day at a time
#3: Make the world just a little bit more beautiful with the color pink

4. How long have you been blogging for?
11 months!!! My blogoversary is in FOUR DAYS!!!

5. What's your favorite color?
PINK. 'Nuff said.

6. Who's your favorite author?
-Suzanne Collins
-Richelle Mead
-Rachel Caine
-Alyson Noel
-DeeAnne Gist
-Nora Roberts
-Liz Reinhardt
-Lisa Kessler
-the list can go on and on

7. Favorite social networking site.
Is Blogger a networking site? :) I love Twitter. I feel like it's so impersonal. Click the picture if you want to follow me ;)

8. If you could meet one author, who would it be?
Do I really need to pick? I want to meet every author I read!

9. Favorite mythical creature.
I had to Google this one... *be right back*
I like mermaids and fairies :)

10. Morning bird or night owl?
NIGHT OWL! I'm a zombie in the morning. I'm practically a vampire without the blood and strength.

11. What time is it where you are?
When I did this post, it is 2:51pm.

Now, onto CYP's questions! :) Some of her questions were the same as above so I omitted them.

1. Which character would you most love to be?
Oh, this is hard. Let's see. I always wanted to be Rose from the Vampire Academy. She's strong and brave. But after reading The Hunger Games, I wouldn't mind being Katniss either, despite all the struggles she'd been through.

2. Which character and author do you most want to meet?
I'll just stick to Katniss and Suzanne Collins for this one :)

3. Which is your favorite publisher?
Haha, I don't really know.

4. Favorite myth?
I'm not really aware of many myths so I don't think I can answer this one.

5. Most hated character?
Hmm, I'm sure I have one, I just have to think about it... *thinks* It's hard but for now I'll say Linda from the Bride Quartet series. She is the mother of one of the quartet. She is just evil and selfish. I also disliked President Snow from the Hunger Games. He really freaked me out with the blood and roses.

6. Favorite movie or novel-adapted film?
It's hard to say what my favorite movie is. I can't pick. As for novel-adapted, I'd say Dear John by Nicholas Sparks was great. And even though it hasn't come out yet, I'm sure I'd love the Hunger Games, too ;)

7. What's your dream job?
Acting alongside the Vampire Diaries cast :D

8. What is your dream home like?
Oh boy, this is hard. I want it to be classy and chic but with the hint of history - like Victorian or Elizabethan. One of those styles.
I also wanted to add that if those things I mentioned doesn't happen, I would mind having AT LEAST my room to resemble Elle Fowler's bedroom at the moment :)

9. Favorite blogger?
Haha, I refuse to answer this question ;)

Again, Thank you CYP for tagging me! Everyone, go visit her blog!

Blogoversary Countdown: Jen Ryland's Guest Post

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown
5 more days before my first blogoversary! I'm excited :) I'm still not quite sure what I would do on the actual day, but I'm sure I'll figure it out somehow. For my countdowns, I asked some of my good blogger/twitter friends to write a blog post about me :) Check out what Jen R. has to say below! Don't forget to visit her blog afterwards! Jen Ryland/YA Romantics

Happy Blog Birthday Arianne!

I was so honored that Arianne asked me to write a guest post in honor of her blog's birthday.

I've never met Arianne in person, but I still think I know a lot about her through her blog.

Here are Three Things I Know About Arianne...

#1 Arianne wants the world to be a nicer, more beautiful place

When Arianne first started reading my blog, she noticed something missing. And what I love is that she didn't snark behind my back on Twitter about clueless newbie bloggers.   She's nice that way.

She was like, "Uh, Jen. You can actually stick a picture or two in the middle of all those words in your posts."

Me: "Oh? Huh."

Arianne, "Jen, you know you can make your Google Docs different colors. It's really easy. I think you can do it."

Me: "Oh? Wow."

In fact, I suspect she will probably put a picture right here>>>

Yes, you can laugh ;)
Also, she reviews beauty products. Which I love because I go crazy in the beauty aisle and end up with a bunch of stuff I don't like.

#2 Arianne speaks her mind

If you read her blog, you know that she really doesn't like: word verification, bad grammar, and rude people

And she does like: quotes, Gossip Girl, chocolate, Vampire Diaries, chocolate, and the color pink

#3 Arianne is the luckiest person I know

Seriously. She wins so many online giveaways that it's crazy!  I need to meet her so some of that amazing luck can rub off on me. Like that Lindsay Lohan movie where the girl has really good luck and the guy is a walking disaster of bad luck and their luck gets switched and ...

... oh, wait. No. That would mean I take away her good luck, and I don't want to do that, because she absolutely deserves all that luckiness.

Happy Blog Birthday! Hope you're blogging -- or at least making the world more beautiful -- for many years to come!

Book Review: Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown
WOW. Suzanne Collins is probably the best author in the world after reading this trilogy. I cried, I sympathized, I grieved. I feel like I lived with the characters and felt their pain and suffering.

Mockingjay is the final installment of the Hunger Games trilogy. Absolutely amazing. The book just built more and more up to this last book.

The story started out with Katniss wondering if Peeta is still alive after being captured by the Capitol. She was disoriented after being rescued from the third Quarter Quell. She practically lived in the hospital half the time of the book.

At first, she didn't want to be the Mockingjay. She was too distraught and unstable to take such a responsibility. However, after seeing Peeta in a Capitol broadcast, that pretty much made up her mind. As per the usual Katniss, she disobeyed orders and fought for the people in the districts. She was truly the symbol of freedom.

Whenever she would have a moment of pure passion, I felt myself choking up and full of pride for her. She truly is an inspirational character. Only when Peeta was taken away from her did she truly learned how much she cared for and loved him. Tsk. Tsk.

Check out my individual comments on some of the characters:

Katniss - strong, courageous, rebellious, a true heroine. If there was one person I'd like to meet in person and look up to as a role model, she would be the one.

Gale - his personality shone through in this book. He's a male version of Katniss. However, whereas Katniss is merciful and sympathetic, Gale seemed to be heartless and more detached. He was willing to sacrifice anything and anyone to achieve a goal. I still felt sorry for him whenever he would kiss Katniss knowing that she doesn't really love him the way he loves her.
"I knew you'd kiss me...because I'm in pain. That's the only way I get your attention. Don't worry, Katniss. It'll pass."
"We were in the Hob, eating some slop of Greasy Sae's. And Darius was teasing you about trading a rabbit for one of his kisses. And I realized...I minded."
Gale has no interest in preserving the lives of those in the Nut. No interest in caging the prey for later use. This is one of his death traps.
Peeta - his character really took a weird turn in this book. I didn't expect it but I wasn't as surprised when he tried to kill Katniss. Their relationship was so intense after that. Even so, he found a way to come back and fight his way back to Katniss and his sanity. What they did to him was just too cruel.

Haymitch - he meant well, it's just he was a crazy guy that likes to keep secrets. As much as he and Katniss butts heads, he seemed to admire Katniss and would follow her wherever she goes. That and because it's his job. It was nice when he comforted Katniss when she broke down for the first time.

Finnick - I really liked him. He was very unstable in the beginning because he'd been through so much and not being with his beloved just drove him pretty much to insanity. He was adorable and charming either way, though, and a great ally to Katniss. When he was torn into pieces in the Capitol, though, I was heartbroken. I didn't want him to die. In fact, I was expecting him to be one of the survivors. He didn't deserve to die; he'd only been reunited with Annie! It wasn't his time to go :(
"I drag myself out of nightmares each morning and find there's no relief in waking. Better not give in to it. It takes ten times as long to put yourself back together as it does to fall apart."
Johanna - I love her personality and her relationship with Katniss. She was some kind of driving force that kept Katniss going. It was nice when Katniss showed her kindness when she broke down after having a flashback from being tortured back in the Capitol.
"You missed the best part. Delly lost her temper at Peeta over how he treated you. She got very squeaky. It was like someone stabbing a mouse with a fork repeatedly. The whole dining hall was riveted."
Beetee - he was so amazing with technology. The way he penetrated the Capitol's broadcasting system; the way he designed weapons and made them absolutely deadly, etc. He was a genius for sure.

Boggs - he was a noble character. I liked him, but his last message to Katniss was still confusing to me. I didn't like how one of his dying orders was to kill Peeta. I was immediately opposed to it and dreaded the pages to come when Peeta would be dead. Fortunately, that order was disobeyed :)

President Snow - he seriously haunts me. He freaks me out. He's sick and twisted both literally and figuratively. At the end, however, it seemed he was telling the truth all along. He never lied to Katniss, so when he told her that President Coin was the reason Prim was dead, Katniss only hesitated a moment before believing his side of the story. But really though, his roses gives me chills. I don't know if I can look at roses the same way for a while.

President Coin - I didn't expect her to be the evil one. She was twisted, though. She was a tyrant in District 13 and with her, things probably wouldn't have changed. Glad Katniss finished her. If she had lived, a 76th Hunger Games would have resumed with the children from the original Capitol citizens. The cycle would have repeated if she wasn't killed.

That's all I have to say folks! Check out these scenes :)
Katniss and Finnick
K: "Finnick? Maybe some pants?"
He looks down at his legs as if noticing his outfit for the first time. Then he whips his hospital gown, leaving him in just his underwear.
F: "Why? Do you find this"--he strikes a ridiculously provocative pose--"distracting?"
Fulvia: "Isn't he (Gale) handsome?"
Boggs: "Well, don't expect us to be too impressed. We just saw Finnick Odair in his underwear."
This was such an insanely hilarious scene; it was sickening.
I'm unaware that my feet are moving to the table until I'm inches from the holograph. My hand reaches in and cups a rapidly blinking green light.
Someone joins me, his body tense. Finnick, of course. Because only a victor would see what I see so immediately. The arena. Laced with pods controlled by Gamemakers. Finnick's fingers caress a steady red flow over a doorway. "Ladies and gentlemen..."
His voice is quite, but mine rings through the room. "Let the Seventy-sixth Hunger Games begin!"
Katniss and Gale when they were mad at each other and have not talked in a while
My fingers encircled a blackberry and pluck it from its stem. I roll it gently between my thumb and forefinger. Suddenly, I turn to him and toss it in his direction.
K: "And may the odds--"
I throw it so high so he has plenty of time to decide whether to knock it aside or accept it.
Gale's eyes train on me, not the berry, but at the last moment, he opens his mouth and catches it. He chews, swallows, and there's a long pause before he says:
G: "--be ever in your favor."
Katniss and Prim
P: "Katniss, I don't think President Snow will kill Peeta. If he does, he won't have anyone left you want. He won't have any way to hurt you."
K: "So what do you think they'll do to him?"
P: "Whatever it takes to break you."
In the lunch table: Gale, Peeta, and Johanna
G: "I wouldn't have believed it if I haven't seen it myself."
P: "What's that?"
G: "You."
P: "You'll have to a little more specific. What about me?"
J: "That they've replaced you with the evil-mutt version of yourself."
When the Star Squad were asked to re-enact their reactions to a pod being triggered.
Cressida stops us before we can rise, since she needs some close-up shots. We take turns reenacting our responses. Falling to the ground, grimacing, diving into alcoves. We know it's supposed to be serious business, but the whole thing feels a little ridiculous. Especially when it turns out that I'm not the worst actor in the squad. Not by a long shot. We're all laughing so hard at Mitchell's attempt to project his idea of desperation, which involves teeth grinding and nostrils flaring, that bogs has to reprimand us.
Katniss and Peeta
P: "You love me. Real or not real?"
K: "Real."
Overall, this is the most beautiful trilogy I've ever read. Have you read it? Did you cry? If you haven't read it, you are hugely missing out. Just saying.

Could You Take A Survey For Me?

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown
I was idle and had a strong urge to create a Google Docs form. As a result, I decided to create surveys. The first one is blog-related questions with two required and the rest optional. The second one is just me being nosy and wanted to have fun asking my readers random questions :) Hope you enjoy! Maybe I will do a feature post on popular answers for the random questions later!

Random Blogger Tag - Jen Ryland

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown
I confess, I didn't know what this tag was called so forgive me if the title is lame ;)

Anyway, thanks to Jen from Jen Ryland/YA Romantics for tagging me and saying sweet stuff about me, hehe. Check out the questions and my answers below!

Favorite Food, Flower, Color
Food: I have a severe sweet tooth. I know it's bad but sometimes, I'm just a slave to chocolate. I love fatty foods. I wish I didn't but my mom didn't force me to eat veggies when I was a kid, lol.
Flower: I love tulips. I've never actually received them in real life but I love them. I also love lilies; I think they are beautiful. I also like peonies because of Blair from Gossip Girl. There was another flower I like but I forgot what it's called, so I must not like it as much!
tulips in spring
This is actually my desktop wallpaper in my laptop :)
Color: PINK, duh ;) I also like purple, black, white, silver, sometimes green, etc.

Do you eat while you read?
Well, given that I read just before bed, not really. Especially when I'm reading a great book, I don't want any distractions.

Characteristics a book need to be in your TBR
I thought I'd make a list just like Jen :)

  • PROPER GRAMMAR - this is the most important
  • Compelling story - it has to be interesting enough for me to want to read it
  • Unpredictable - I'm very good at predicting what will happen next, so if a book can confuse me in a good way, then it deserves to be in my TBR
  • Intensity - I say this with the Hunger Games in mind :)
  • Humor/Romance - it should either be funny or romantic
Favorite TV shows or movies recently
I try to make time to watch my favorite shows online (since I don't have cable) but if I don't have time, there really is only one show that still exists in my must-see list: THE VAMPIRE DIARIES. I cannot miss an episode or I would feel incomplete ;)
Just like Jen, I am also looking forward for the Hunger Games movie. I expect to be on the verge of tears the entire time, if not all out crying :D As for recent movies I like, I would say Killers starring Ashton Kutcher and Katherine Hiegl. Check out my review of the movie here.

Ever read a book that made you hate the day Gutenberg created the press?
No, not really. I mean I've hated trying to read a book but not the time that press was invented.

What ways can you recommend for people to have access to great new books?
I would say enter lots and lots of giveaways in other people's blogs if you are a blogger. That's what I do and I discover so many great authors and books that way. Of course you have to be diligent in entering if you want to actually have a chance at winning.

Worst way to be interrupted while reading a book
Pretty much everything in life, haha! Going to school/work, eating, sleeping. Haha, I just want to read but those things get in the way.

Do you judge a book by its cover? BE HONEST!
Pfft... yeah... *blush* I'm totally guilty. But I've proven that some great books don't necessarily have great covers, maybe because the author is self-published or some other reason along that line. There are also books with great covers but the book was very painful to read.

Paranormal or Fantasy?
I'm not a book pro so I'm still struggling differentiating the two. But I guess paranormal is what I read most right now.

What do you do when you aren't reading or blogging?
Living my life - going to school, work, doing homework, eating, sleeping, trying to workout and then pig out right after (fail), and catch up on other people's blogs and see what kind of good stuff they have posted :)

How many books can you read in a week?
I'd be lucky if I can finish one book in a week.

There you have it, folks :) If you'd like to do this tag, leave your answers in the comments or do your own blog post and leave me a link to it! Happy reading!

Beauty Review: TRESemmé Smooth & Silky Finishing Spray and Smooth Creme

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown

Originally, I was using the TRESemme Smooth Anti-Frizz Secret Smoothing Creme to make sure that my hair is smooth and not frizzy during the day. I am almost out of it so when I was at Walmart, I thought I'd try something new, and got TRESemmé Smooth & Silky Finishing Spray.

VERDICT: Bleh.

In my opinion, this product is NO GOOD. It just damaged my hair in a way that it made it all gross, sticky, and stiff. Definitely not smooth nor silky at all. I'll stick with the creme instead and repurchase that one. Check out my review of that below.

I purchased this product a long time ago along with my TRESemmé Heat Tamer Spray.

VERDICT: Great :)

I used it for a while then stopped because I got lazy. When I rediscovered it, I fell in love with it and really saw a difference in my hair. Usually, my hair is full of static and just all out frizzy. But when I use this product generously, it really made my hair looking and feeling smooth :) As I've said above, I will definitely repurchase this. Did I mention it is affordable? :)

Double Review: Vampire Diaries Season 3: Dangerous Liaisons and All My Children

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown
Every. Single. Episode. Is. Breathtaking! This show is absolutely amazing. I applaud the writers and all the creators of the show. I wish someday maybe I could be a part of it, too.

Dangerous Liaisons

  • I absolutely love Elijah's honor :D Saving Elena is just one of his amazing traits :)
  • Cole is hot, but he is quite a jerk to Damon. Not cool.

  • I just about died when Elena said "shall we?" and waited for Stefan AND Damon's arms :)

  • I love the way Klaus looked when he saw Caroline. He looked genuinely smitten :D It's just so beautiful. I hope it would continue :)

  • When I see Elijah, I just give a little squeak and a contented sigh, as if I'd just eaten my most favorite chocolate and I'm just too happy :)
  • I'm starting to feel sorry for Stefan, seeing him all forlorn when Elena agreed to dance with Damon... Sigh... the sadness of love triangles.
  • When Elena bumped into Stefan during the dance? My reaction "Oh sh*t!" They were so beautiful. It's so hard to pick a side when both men are so in love with Elena.
  • Dang, Stefan seriously broke Damon's neck.. Wha-?!!!
  • Another "oh sh*t" moment: "I fancy you." Coming from Klaus, that meant so much!! Caroline should be swooning right now, but she's annoyed instead! It's so beautiful the way Klaus seems to flirt with Caroline!

  • I was practically begging Elijah NOT to drink the champagne!! :(
  • "I'm mad at you because I love you." Wow. My heart just jumped out of my chest. Damon's feelings are coming out on the surface. That is VERY dangerous indeed. When he snaps, he snaps literally. I love it when he's causing trouble :)

"Dangerous Liasons"--Ian Somerhalder as Damon on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES on The CW. Photo: Quantrell D. Colbert/The CW ©2011 THE CW NETWORK. ALL RIGHT RESERVED.

  • After seeing the ending of this episode, I take back what I said above. I don't like Damon causing trouble. That ending was so not cool.

All My Children

  • Damon has lost his mind. Sleeping with Rebekha was seriously like jumping over the bridge.. Right? And the way Elena found out about it? That's just wrong.
  • Cole is such a little boy. It's so cute how Klaus plays along like the good big brother :) Cole seems so much more dangerous than Klaus ever did. Maybe that's why Klaus was the better predator ;)

  • That scene with Elijah and Elena in the woods and he became extremely dangerous, that was amazing! I'm absolutely head over heels :) And then he kicked the ground and brought Elena with him. Ahh! I love it when he starts threatening people Damon and Stefan! Even when he tries to be evil, he's still so noble.
  • I love the scene with Klaus, Cole, and Caroline!!!!!! Oh my gosh, I am bursting with excitement. Something about it is soooo cute! Klaus is so criminally charming!!! How can anyone resist him?! I absolutely love him, as well as his dedication to his family.

"All My Children"--LtoR: Candice Accola as Caroline, Nathaniel Buzoliz as Kol, and Joseph Morgan as Klaus on THE VAMPIRE DIARIES on The CW. Photo: Quantrell D. Colbert/The CW ©2012 The CW Network. All Rights Reserved.

  • "Awful lot of effort for someone who pretends not to care about her anymore." That's so funny Damon would flip a coin to see who goes and kills the Bennett witches.
  • Damon turned Bonnie's mother into a vampire! Pretty clever instead of killing her completely.
  • Stefan hasn't eaten humans! Damon still loves Elena. It's so sad!!!

  • Elijah's letter to Elena made me cry! Why do I love Elijah so much?! He's so guilty and noble. Why can't all men be like him?
  • It's not over for the originals. There is a new white oak tree. Yikes.
  • Dang Alaric should have listened to Damon when he kept saying that doctor was a psycho!

Book Review: Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins

Posted on 08:00 by Unknown
Oh. My. Capitol.

This book was soooooo intense! There were so many things going on at the same time, so many surprises. I absolutely loved how I couldn't predict what would happen next!!

Katniss and Peeta came back to District Twelve as the victors of the latest Hunger Games. You would think Katniss would be free to go back to normal, right? Wrong. Sometime during the Hunger Games, Gale became her supposed cousin, which means they cannot be romantically involved. Isn't that just great.

Katniss considered running away many times...until Gale was whip-lashed  almost to his death. The writing was so amazing, I felt like I could almost see Gale in front of me. After this moment, Katniss decided to fight the Capitol and stay. Maybe start a revolution. That is, until the announcement of the third Quarter Quell.

The Quarter Quell is held every 25 years. Going on to its 75th year, the rules for it? The pool will come from the victors of each district. What did that mean, you ask? It meant Katniss was going back to the arena since she was the only female winner to ever come from District 12. She was devastated.

During the parade and interview, Cinna of course made Katniss the most memorable contestant. However, this time, he did it in direct rebellion against the Capitol. Before Katniss's tube went up to the arena, she saw Peacekeepers beat up Cinna almost to his death. Such merciless monsters!

The new arena was a big giant clock with lots of water. That was surely interesting, what with all the fog, blood rain, muttated monkies, etc. Absolutely insane arena.

Long story short, Katniss found a way to break out of the arena. The price? Peeta being taken by the Capitol. Who knows what they would do to him?!!!

I can't wait to read the final book: Mockingjay!

Check out some of my favorite quotes/scenes!
"Hey, Catnip."

"Hey, Gale," I say.

"Thought you'd be gone by now," he says

My choices are simple. I can die like quarry in the woods or I can die here beside Gale. "I'm not going anywhere. I'm going to stay right here and cause all kinds of trouble."

"Me, too," Gale says. He just manages a smile before the drugs pull him back under.
"It's you, Katniss. Can't you see?" he says.

"What's me?" I say.

"Why they're all acting like this. Finnick with his sugar cubes and Chaff kissing you and that whole thing with Johanna stripping down." He tries to take on a more serious tone, unsuccessfully. "They're playing with you because you're so...you know."

"No, I don't know," I say. And I really have no idea what he's talking about.

"It's like when you wouldn't look at me naked in the arena even though I was half dead. You're so...pure," he says finally.

"I am not!" I say. "I've been practically ripping your clothes off every time there's been a camera for the last year!"

"Yeah, but...I mean, for the Capitol, you're pure," he says, clearly trying to mollify me. "For me, you're perfect. They're just teasing you."

"No, they're laughing at me, and so are you!" I say.
"So what should we do with our last few days?"

"I just want to spend every possible minute of the rest of my life with you," Peeta replies.
"You know, if you scratch, you'll bring on infection," says Finnick.

"That's what I've heard," I say. I go into the saltwater and wash off the blood, trying to decide which I hate more, pain or itching. Fed up, I stomp back onto the beach, turn my face upward, and snap, "Hey, Haymitch, if you're not too drunk, we could use a little something for our skin."

It's almost funny how quickly the parachute appears above me.
"It looks like you're decomposing," says Finnick. Bug I guess the itching wins out, because after a minute, Finnick begins to treat his own skin, too. Really, the combination of the scabs and the ointment looks hideous. I can't help enjoying his distress.

"Poor Finnick. Is this the first time in your life you haven't looked pretty?" I say.

"It must be. The sensation's completely new. How have you managed it all these years?" he asks.

"Just avoid mirrors. You'll forget about it," I say.

"Not if I keep looking at you," he says.

We slather ourselves down, even taking turns rubbing the ointment into each other's backs where the undershirt don't protect our skin. "I'm going to wake Peeta," I say.

"No, wait," says Finnick. "Let's do it together. Put our faces right in front of his."

Well, there's so little opportunity for fun left in my life, I agree. We position ourselves on either side of Peeta, lean over until our faces are inches from his nose, and give him a shake. "Peeta. Peeta, wake up," I say in a soft, singsong voice.

His eyelids flutter open and then he jumps like we've stabbed him. "Aa!"
Peeta: "If you die, and I live, there's no life for me at all back in District Twelve. You're my whole life. I would never be happy again." I start to object but he puts a finger to my lips. "It's different for you. I'm not saying it wouldn't be hard. But there are other people who'd make your life worth living."

GUESS WHAT?!!!!

Posted on 13:57 by Unknown
In THIRTEEN DAYS, I will be celebrating my blog's first birthday!!! I'm so excited!

I'm still thinking about what I should do. Here are some possible ideas:

  • Do a countdown posts. But what kind of content would it have?
  • Do a giveaway - book, beauty, or both - still deciding.
  • Ask for donations for giveaways?
  • Look for guest bloggers to do a guest post about me :)
Do you have any other ideas? Let me know in the comments! Also, let me know if you want me to do any of the ideas above!
